   another charity that does this is livinglife eastbourne been doing it for years and all hands on. they work with children with special needs too and do it here in england also. i was very impressed someone came to speak to the children promptly wirh photos etc they were amazed ever since the brownies at church have done it ever since too. caught the bug really, but its good they take goods all year round too. easier to store. id recommend it to anyone try them im sure help and fundraising would be very welcome.

   please be aware that not all salvation army shops do this transaction.only the trading post ones, shops run by the local church raise money for their own community work so are not a part of the big scheme, also do not put into the bins if you want goods to be used locally this again goes to central. sounds complicated i know but these are factual words. also local army centres are given the clothes clean from their shops to help when the clients get showers etc to be able to put clean clothing on. also that is why underwear is acceptable.
