    I’ve reused 2 plastic bottles filled with water for this, that would otherwise have gone to recycling (or maybe not, who knows what they do with them…). I can’t see the point in bringing extra ‘stuff’ into the house if there is an alternative there already.

    Easy for me too – I’m vegetarian and trying to be vegan.

  3. Give Thanks Before A Meal -

    I am very uncomfortable with ‘religion’, but I do try and remember to take a minute to appreciate the food that I am about to eat, and silently thank the power of nature that enabled my food to grow and the people that grew it. I hope to take this a step further soon and give Reiki to my food before eating.
